RedShield Portal: Scheduled Maintenance 18/01/2017

The release is delivered successfully and all the services are running fine at this point. 


On Wednesday 18/01/2017 we have application maintenance scheduled.

During the maintenance, we expect a downtime from 7pm to 10pm (GMT+12) while the application functionalities are updated as well as services are restarted.

Please note that this outage doesn't affect any scheduled scans or shielding. These services will continue to run as normal and the results will be analysed into the portal once it becomes available again.

Changes are projected to be released in the portal:

1. Password reset functionalities are going to be replaced by email.

2. Previous function of sending password mobile text messages will be obsolete.

3. Users resetting passwords will require to comply with the more complex combinations.


Note: Potentially there is no impact on the existing users.
