The RedShield team is happy to announce that the latest version (R24.0) of the RedShield Portal will be available for the government customers from the 2nd of October 2017. The release is planned to be rolled out in following phases:
- Phase1: Relevant components and database update as well as full service outage (government users only) - 28th 1200 hours to 1st of October 2300 hours, 2017
- Phase2: Service Restoration - 2nd of October 0100 hours, 2017.

1. Application will not accessible during the outage period. Service will be restored as soon as the upgrade is completed.
2. Scans will not run during the outage period. The failed scans will be restored when the service is available.
This change is only for NZ government users only. For all non-NZ and non-Government users, the service will not be affected.
Update 02/10/2017, 1500:
The application is updated successfully for NZ government users and there is no known issues pending to be resolved at this point.
