Description:
RedShield engineers are currently working to investigate the root cause of a degraded network service experienced within RedShield's Auckland datacenter this morning, primarily impacting services hosted on a single anycast network range 103.241.84.0/24.
Services were restored following identification of a failed device cluster which has been removed from service, and further analysis is ongoing. Customers requiring further information should contact support@redshield.co.
