When creating a support case, it is sometimes necessary to provide a QKView support snapshot file to RedShield for analysis. You will need an account on vault.red-shield.net to complete this.
1. Login to F5 Big IP as root user or any administrator with advanced shell access.
2. Run the following commands on the Big IP (substitute <yourusername> and qkview_case# for the relevant values):
qkview -f /var/tmp/qkview_case#
sftp <yourusername>@vault.redshield.co
put /var/tmp/qkview_case# /data/qkview_case#
3. Advise RedShield support that you have uploaded a new qkview file into your support directory.
