This is a brief article highlighting our table tips and additional table functionality. It should provide you with everything you need to know for navigating around the RedShield portal tables.
Table Tips:
Bulk Actions: You can access the bulk actions by right clicking on the table.
Default Table Modals: Some tables have more information about each row in the modal. To view this double click on a table row. Edit - When available you can edit any details by clicking the edit button at the end of the row.
Table row Selection: Selecting rows in the table is the same as selecting files on your computer.
- For Mac users: hold shift and click the first row and then the last - this will do a group select. Hold Command to select or deselect individual rows.
- For Windows / Linux users: Hold shift and click the first row and then the last - this will do a group select. Hold control (Ctrl) to select or deselect individual rows.
Multi-sort: To activate multi-sort hold the shift key and click the additional rows to sort by. Clicking another row without shift held will default back to a single sort on the row clicked. For more information on multi sort view our documentation.
Pagination: Use pagination to go to the next set of results, for more information view our pagination documentation.
