This article covers how to clear the cache on your RedShield assets. Please note this functionality only works for customers who have a RedShield caching license.
For customer who have caching enabled, the following steps will clear the cache on a per-asset basis:
1. Log on to the RedShield customer portal by going to https://my.redshield.co
2. Click on Settings
2. Click the Assets submenu to load your assets
3. Find the asset you would like to clear the cache for and click edit
4. Click Options, click check box "Clear cache" and click Save.
Unless you get an error the cache will now be cleared for your asset.
