How to Provide Full ASM Support Data to RedShield:
Log in to your ASM via SSH as root or an administrative user; and run the following commands (insert appropriate values for bold text):
asmqkview --add-proxy-log --include-traffic-data -f /var/tmp/asmqkview-<customer name>-<date>
sftp <your vault username>@vault.redshield.co #RedShield will provide vault login details on request
<your vault password>
put/var/tmp/asmqkview-<customer name>-<date> /data/asmqkview-<customer name>-<date>
Once this is completed, please respond to case emails and advise RedShield support team that the file has been uploaded.
