[RESOLVED] Portal Password Reset System

ISSUED: Tuesday 15th November 0900 hrs (NZST)

Due to the recent earthquake activities our Wellington datacentre has sustained infrastructure damage. This infrastructure includes our portal SMS password reset system. RedShield engineers are current awaiting  structural engineers assessment before re-entering the building.

All other RedShield Cloud and Portal systems are unaffected by this outage.

The password reset system has been restored, there are currently no outstanding outages. If you attempted to reset your password during the outage, please try again as we do not cache passwords.

RedShield engineers are current working to resolve the outage. This issue should be resolved by 1500 hrs today.


UPDATE: Tuesday 15th November 1500 hrs (NZST)

Redshield have been notified that the building is structurally safe. RedShield engineers will be assessing the situation tomorrow morning (Wednesday 16th) and will provide an ETA before midday New Zealand time.
