The RedShield team is happy to announce that the latest version (R24.5) of the RedShield Portal will be available from the 21st of February, 2018.

If you have any questions regarding the scheduled outage, please contact the support team via email@example.com.
1. The RedShield portal at https://my.redshield.co will not be accessible during the outage period currently scheduled from 12PM to 5PM on the 21st of February, 2018. Service will be restored (and this article updated) as soon as the upgrade is completed.
2. Scans will run during the outage period and there is no failure expected. In the case of failure, the affected scans will be re-scheduled for later.
