A minority of customer web services hosted in RedShield Auckland datacenter experienced service degradation between 10:25pm to 10:50pm today July 25th NZDT.
The issue has been identified to one of the redundant network routing device, The support team is working with the vendor on replacing the defective unit. Please contact our support desk at support@redshield.co if you are experiencing issues accessing any services or have any questions.
