Australian users may experience issues accessing sites that are routed via RedShield's Melbourne datacenter. Users from New Zealand accessing services in Melbourne are experiencing normal service.
The issue has been identified to be within Australian Internet carriers. The datacenter provider's support team is working with local telcos to resolve the issue.
Update - August 4th 6.30am: The issue has been identified to be with one of the Australian telco Carriers BGP update, the issue is now fully resolved and all services are working normally from Melbourne datacenter.
