RedShield Infrastructure team have identified an issue with service availability to its national and international customer sites. Upon further investigation the root cause was isolated to one of the upstream internet carriers in the RedShield Auckland datacenter having a partial service outage. The RedShield team has migrated the affected traffic to alternate internet provider and locations.
