Known Issue: Asset status flags in the portal may show incorrect values

UPDATE 11-JUL-2019: This issue is now resolved. The asset status flags are still updated manually, so they might not show accurate values, but assets belonging to shielded scans will now allow settings those values instead of showing "The setup configuration for this asset is not available as this is not a shielded asset.".

An issue has been identified in which some shielded assets are shown incorrectly in the RS portal as having shielded status unavailable, with the following error message: "The setup configuration for this asset is not available as this is not a shielded asset." 

This affects FQDN assets which do not have web scanning enabled.

This is an interface error which does not impact the actual effectiveness of the shield configuration or levels of protection. RedShield Product Development are tracking this as issue #37992. Please contact support@redshield.co if any further information is required.
