One of the upstream internet service provider for the Auckland datacenter is experiencing service outages to one of the links that is dedicated for the Customer site to site VPN service. This issue is currently affecting site to site VPN services to the customer sites. RedShield Infrastructure team is actively working with the Telco to resolve the issue.
No customer shielding service is affected by this outage.
