RedShield are currently investigating a critical DNS issue which is affecting service to some clients connecting to customer websites via RedShield Cloud.
This is being investigated by the RedShield team as an urgent issue and further updates will be posted to this announcement.

We are still investigating the issue with our upstream DNS providers and have open up multiple P1 tickets with them.

An issue was identified with an upstream DNS provider which has been resolved. RedShield DNS systems and domains appear to be functioning normally. Steps taken include:
- Flushed caches with major global DNS providers - Google, AWS, Cloudflare
- AWS DNS Support team: verify correct domain functioning
RedShield team are continuing to monitor the situation closely and will provide further updates at 14:30 NZDT.

Monitors are succeeding across all public DNS servers. DNS delegation and domain functioning have been consistently stable for several hours with no new failure cases reported.
