Event Description:

RedShield will be performing an upgrade to the portal and backend systems, between April 7th 17:00 Hrs -  April 7th 19:00 Hrs UTC. This is to improve the security and stability of the platform. While the maintenance window is set for 2 hours, we expect up to 10 minutes of downtime.

If you have any problems after this time frame with regard to connectivity, or if you have any questions regarding the maintenance at any point, please open a ticket.
