UPDATE Friday 4th June 2021 - 00:30 UTC

The issue identified with the RedShield Portal upgrade has now been resolved, and the platform is now back on line.As mentioned in the 10.20am UTC update, your RedShield service continued as normal during this maintenance, with your shields up, and applications protected. The only component of your RedShield service not available during this time was access to my.redshield.co.We apologize for any inconvenience caused during this time. If you have any questions, please contact support@redshield.co.We look forward to sharing details of near-future enhancements to the Portal in due course.

On Thursday 3rd June planned maintenance work was carried out on the RedShield Portal, in order to further enhance the security and stability of the platform, and prepare it for near-future enhancements.An issue has been identified with the upgrade, and we have temporarily taken the Portal offline as we investigate. Please note that your RedShield service will continue as normal during this time. Your shields remain up, and your applications protected.We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If you require immediate assistance during this time, please contact support@redshield.co.
