RedShield's portal (my.redshield.co) experienced intermittent availability between 15:16 and 15:37 on December 15, 2021 (UTC) due to AWS internet connectivity issues in US-WEST 1 (N.California) and US-WEST 2 (Oregon). Some RedShield customers may not have been able to access the Portal during this period.
