Event Description:

RedShield will be migrating the Customer portal to a newer hardware platform, between February 17th 08:00 Hrs -  19:00 Hrs UTC. This is to improve the security and stability of the platform. During this time some or all of the portal functionality may not be available.

If you have any problems after this time frame with regard to connectivity, or if you have any questions regarding the maintenance at any point, please open a support ticket.
